I am so happy with the location, its close to luxembourg gardens. the staff are friendly. They provided such good service.

A small issue was that my classic twin room did not have enough natural light. the bathroom seemed a bit outdated.

small elevatorirritated staff

my stay wasn't great. the elevator was small, only fitting one person with a suitcase and IT broke down. it made it difficult to get to my room on the sixth floor. the check-in staff seemed a little irritated when i asked about extra charges not previously disclosed, which wasn't a good experience at all.
